Planetary Sigils is a tool for calculating planetary hours based on your local time and location. This policy explains clearly and completely what information the app uses, how it is used, and what we never do with it.

Location Data

Planetary Sigils requests access to your device's location for one purpose only: to calculate the precise local sunrise and sunset times needed to determine accurate planetary hours for your position on Earth.

• Location is used in real time to perform the calculation
• Your coordinates are never stored, logged, or retained after use
• Your coordinates are never transmitted to any server or third party
• Location access is optional — you may enter any city manually instead

If you deny location permission, the app will prompt you to search for a city. All calculations are performed locally on your device.

Data We Do Not Collect

Planetary Sigils does not collect or process any of the following:

• Name, email address, or any account information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Crash reports sent to external services
• Cookies or persistent tracking of any kind
• Payment or financial information

There is no account system. No login is required. No profile is created.

Third-Party Services

Planetary Sigils uses the following external services solely to load the app interface. These services do not receive your location or any personal data:

• Google Fonts — loads display typefaces for the interface
• BigDataCloud — reverse geocoding when you search a city by name (city name only, no coordinates stored)

No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers are integrated into the app.

Children's Privacy

Planetary Sigils is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. As no personal data is collected from any user, this app presents no risk to minors.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated in any material way, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will update the effective date below when changes are made.
